BILLY unveiled eleven fresh new paintings on Wednesday February 6th at Gallery Bar NYC, 120 Orchard between Rivington/Delancey (LES).  The opening was a great success and the show will be up until March 20.

URBAN POP IN ORLANDO!

Billy returned to Orlando for "Urban Pop"-a one night event featuring paintings by Billy, numerous great florida artist's work along with live graffiti painting.  The event was located at the famous RV Studios and featured his amazing work along with the original POP SHOP painting created by keith Haring and Andre Charles.  The pictures above show Billy for the first time spray painting a mural with some very talented graffiti artists.

MURAL FOR CASA DECOR AND ART BASEL MIAMI

BILLY recently completed this 25 foot mural for Casa Decor and Art Basel in Miami.  The mural was the backdrop for The Contreau Garden Lounge sponsored by Lexus starting with Casa Decor and then Art Basel.

BILLY custom designed this Les Paul Special for Gibson Guitars and The Orlando Music and Art Experience.

BILLY and his painted Hyundai were the special guests for the National Educators of America convention in Philadelphia.  Billy signed autographs and created original sketches for the crowd of wonderful teachers.

NEW MURAL FOR HOWL FESTIVAL

BILLY painted 19 surfboard art panels and numerous murals for the interior and exterior vibe for the MTV reality show  Band in a Bubble featuring the band Cartel.  The band was locked in the bubble for 3 weeks recording it's latest album.  The show aired on MTV with a live breakout concert in front of thousands.

BILLY had several successful art openings at The City Art's factory Pound Gallery in beautiful downtown Orlando.

BILLY'S painted Hyundai Tiburon was one of the featured concept cars at The New York International Auto Show at the Javitz Center.  BILLY made several special appearances at the show signing autographs and creating original sketches for the public. It was a great success. Thousands showed up to see the car, meet BILLY, and get an original design from him.  The painted Tiburon was featured in numerous national publications, blogs, and an appearance on 60 Minutes.  The Tiburon also made special appearances at this years LA & Chicago Auto Shows.

BILLY painted a new 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara for The New York International Auto Show.  The beautiful new SUV was on view at the Javitz Center during the media days and was donated to The Fresh Air Fund.

MURALS FOR THE SONY/BMG MUSIC STUDIOS                            

BILLY'S murals for the Sony/BMG music, film, and television studios in New York City.  BILLY painted murals throughout the impressive building that was home to a wide variety of artists such as Jay Z, Beyonce, Kanye West, Jennifer Lopez, John Legend, Swizz Beatz and both film and television stars.  The Studios have recently closed and these murals will always be remembered as a major factor in creating an exciting vibe for these beloved studios.
